“Nestahel” a commission program for Sales Employees

Based on Channels’ strategy to enhance productivity and efficiency, and motivate the RETAIL Sales Team, the company launched “Nestahel”, a new commission program which comprises of a mechanism that allocates sales targets for Store Managers, Sales Supervisors and Sales Agents, and is applicable as of 2018.

The program was redesigned to match the company’s strategy to increase sales and focus more on refining customers’ in-store experiences.  The level of employees’ performance will be determined by the measurement of Employee Achievements, Store Achievements and District Achievements.

The program also offers additional rewards for converting sales to self-service machines.
