Training workshops for employees

The company has launched a training for employees, to develop world class sales and customer experience skills for its retail sales team, with the endorsement of the CEO, Eng. Faisal Al Saber in partnership with Miller Heiman, the premier global provider of sales and customer experience development.

This training has been uniquely customized for the retail team to develop next-level abilities in providing world class customer experience and great sales experiences.

The development project will also importantly focus on the team coaching capabilities to ensure the best ongoing support and development for the company’s key front line team.
